Climate change Communism? Welsh Government signs warrant of execution for personal Transport

The ministry for climate change along with the Welsh government have announced plans to remove the facility of personal motorised transport (including electric vehicles) on welsh roads using a new road transport planned devised to remove vehicles from the road by means of extortion.
