Coldean Community Conversations Film 1: Project Introduction

The first in a series of short films that follow the story of a community-led housing project in Coldean, Brighton.

The project seeks to inform and engage its community in considering the constraints and opportunities raised by trying to balance the demands of the housing crisis with that of our climate emergency.

This film introduces Site 21a, identified on the BHCC Urban Fringe Assessment as potential for development, and the partnership between the Coldean Community Organisation and the Brighton and Hove Community Land Trust that stepped up to take it on.
