Cooking for climate is a series of live videos, bringing you ideas of inclusive, tasty, and planet friendly meals.
We like to have variety every time we eat, nourish our minds and bodies. But on a Sunday night, we don’t always like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen for a colourful meal.
Tonight, we will show you our current favourite Sunday abundance, that ticks so many of our boxes: it is healthy, light but filling, nutritious, plant-based & vegan, accessible, unpackaged, mostly local and seasonal and quick to prepare. The oven will do the heavy lifting!:)
