Incredible scenes of chaos in the snowy state of New York! Is this global warming?

Much of North America has been battling a huge bomb cyclone since last week – the deadliest storm to hit the US in two generations.
At least 65 people died as a result of extreme weather conditions.
The city of Buffalo in New York State has become the epicenter of a deep freeze.
Up to 52 inches (1.32 meters) of snow fell in and around Buffalo in four days, according to the National Weather Service.
The number of confirmed storm-related deaths in Erie and Niagara counties rose to 32 on Tuesday.
As the snowfall began to fade, emergency services continue to find and remove vehicles left under several feet of snowdrifts.
Some of the dead were found frozen in cars.
The situation is not expected to improve anytime soon.
It now predicts a rapid thaw later this week, which along with rain could cause flooding and challenging conditions.
