Joshimath News: खतरे में है जोशीमठ शहर! जमीन धंसने से हड़कंप, सैकड़ों लोगों ने मशाल जलाकर उठाई आवाज
उत्तराखंड (Uttarakhand) के चमोली (Chamoli) जिले के जोशीमठ (Joshimath) शहर में जमीन धंसने की घटना से लोगों में डर का माहौल है. जमीन धंसने के कारण जोशीमठ के कई होटलों और घरों में दरारें आ गई हैं. प्राकृतिक आपदाओं के मद्देनजर जोशीमठ बेहद संवेदनशील जगह है. यहां जमीन धंसने की घटना ने सरकार की चिंता भी बढ़ा दी है. स्थानीय लोगों ने इसे लेकर विरोध प्रदर्शन भी किया है.

उत्तराखंड के जोशीमठ (Joshimath) में पिछले कई दिनों से जमीन धंसने की समस्या आ रही है. यहां लगभग 500 से अधिक घरों और होटलों के अलावा खेतों में भी दरारें देखने को मिली हैं. जिसके कारण लोगों में भारी दहशत व्याप्त है. यही वजह है कि अब सैकड़ों लोगों ने मशाल जलाकर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया है.

A unique protest was seen on the streets of Uttarakhand’s Joshimath as people came out with torchlights in their hands after huge cracks developing in many houses in the town, triggering panic among the residents.

Visuals shows scores of people taking to the streets with torches in their hands to protest over the cracks in the houses which have developed due to land subsidence in the area which is known as the vertical sinking of land in an area.

In the wake of the news of land subsidence in Joshimath and cracks developing in many houses in the town, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that necessary actions would be taken to save the people of the district.
