We Don’t Have Time and Terraformation are proud to present episode 3 of Restoration Conversations, a series about nature’s role in fighting the climate crisis. The series will explore topics such as nature-based solutions, biodiverse carbon, seed banks, and more!
In this episode, we focus on the importance of seeds for restoring native forests. We all know that without seeds, there are no trees. Unfortunately, wild seeds are becoming a more limited resource, and this shortage poses a significant challenge to ecosystem restoration. Luckily, seed banking, which is the practice of cleaning, drying, storing, and testing seeds, using methods that preserve seed viability, can address many of these challenges. Join us for this episode to learn more about how seeds can help solve change!
