Rishi Sunak arrives at Cop27 international climate change talks in Egypt

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has arrived in Egypt for the start of Cop27.
Sunak flew in to Sharm el-Sheikh on Sunday night with Foreign Secretary James Cleverly, having initially said he would not attend the international climate change conference.
The PM will give a speech today and is set to tell world leaders that “a global mission for new jobs and clean growth” is necessary to combat climate change.
Other world leaders at the UN summit, include US President Joe Biden and France’s Emmanuel Macron.
