Spokane Earth day live recording

This livestream is hosted by the youth-led climate action group Sunrise Movement Spokane and will focus on education-related climate action. You can also support their climate and education demands by signing the climate and education petition to the Spokane School Board.
Our demands:
1. Adoption of a climate literacy curriculum in Spokane Public Schools
2. 100% electric school bus fleet
3. Installation of solar on all new city buildings and all new or renovated school buildings
The livestream is emceed by two sunrise members Jadyn Malone and Rosie Zhou, hosting a town hall joined by president Jerrall Haynes of Spokane School District Board, and Member Nikki Lockwood of the Spokane School District Board. This event includes videos from multiple community leaders in spokane including City Council President breean beggs, City Council member Lori Kinnear, Executive director of the Lands council Mike Petersen, Morgan Shimabuku from Mother out front, and dozens of videos from concerned students of Spokane.
