We Love You Earth | Extinction Rebellion

Filming at the April Rebellion and Amazon protests with the amazing people who came to stand strong, speak, sing, chant, create, dance and Rebel for Life was such an amazing experience. I was able to truly connect my values and filming skills.

I felt I had captured some of the many special moments but wasn’t able to edit the footage alongside work and spending much of my mum’s last year looking after her.

Fortunately/unfortunately my friend Stuart Dodd wasn’t well enough to help with the edit of another job so I asked him to start with finding the film in the footage. From his wonderful starting cut I was able to build a film that wouldn’t have otherwise come about. I hope it conveys what I feel is the driving force of the movement…that we love appreciate and want to work with our earth.
