XRMass Boat Workshop for the Cambridge Stream Fest

Join the Extinction Rebellion (XR) Art Group for Boston, MA for a video workshop to learn more about XR and our Paper Boat Project. We were inspired to join the celebration of the one year anniversary of a massive civil disobedience project in the UK which shut down an area of London for five days. Activists brought a large, heavy boat painted pink to serve as a roadblock, a platform, and a memorial to a murdered climate activist. Thousands of people surrounded the “Pink Boat” and filled the streets. Now, with COVID-19, we are looking for other ways to protest and XR UK launched the Paper Boat Project.
