In the fourth, and final, video of our Green Ideas animations series we explore the nexus between climate change and security. In understanding that pandemics, famines, or droughts have an impact on the way traditional security threats evolve, national security strategies will become more comprehensive. It is crucial to understand that climate change will impact the ways in which the military and traditional security actors behave. Both the EU and the US have declared climate change to be a security threat.
