‘Build Smarter, Take Climate Change Seriously’ Expert Says As Hurricane Ian Hits

Hurricane Ian’s impact on Florida shows the need to account for climate change as we build in certain areas and rebuild after powerful storms, an expert tells Joy Reid. “We need to build differently.
