The drought in China’s Sichuan Province this year that led to widespread power cuts may just be a sign of things to come. Water woes are also hitting the massive Three Gorges Dam. It’s all part of a global hydropower crisis that’s being made worse by global warming. Dan Murtaugh reports on Bloomberg Television.
