Climate Change: Uganda Hosts High Level Ministerial Conference

#Uganda is hosting a high-level inter-ministerial conference on migration, environment and #climatechange with the sole purpose of coming up with a declaration of possible practical solutions to climate change in Africa.

It anticipated that resolutions that will form part of the ministerial declaration to be are to be tabled at the 27th Session of the conference of Parties COP27 slated to take place in Egypt come November this year.

The conference is being attended by participants from 12 countries that subscribe to IGAD, EAC and the IOM East and Horn of Africa region.
