The inspiration for a cold climate greenhouse is from Jerome Osentowski’s book: The Forest Garden Greenhouse https://amzn.to/3bgqRkN. This book is amazing. What’s more amazing is his ability to grow abundantly at more than 6,000′ above sea level in Colorado.

This episode is all about the vision of the project. I want to mimic a Mediterranean climate , grow food in this structure for 9 months of the year, run a small nursery as a source of income and much more…
