As supercyclone Amphan intensifies, Odisha and West Bengal prepare for the strongest storm in the Bay of Bengal since 1999. It is expected to make landfall tomorrow in the states of West Bengal and Orissa. As both states gear up for evacuation of lakhs, the coronavirus pandemic has made it harder for disaster management teams to co-ordinate relief efforts.
