EU, ASEAN leaders to discuss climate change, trade, security issues at commemorative summit

ASEAN and European Union leaders are meeting in Brussels as the two blocs mark 45 years of diplomatic ties. An EU official said the meeting is an opportunity for both blocs to commit to their strategic partnership against the backdrop of current geopolitical tensions. Leaders will discuss the fight against climate change, trade and economic ties, as well as security issues. Professor of Economics Antonio Fatas from INSEAD business school shared more about the agenda at the commemorative summit.
