Vegan Tofu Katsu

Kicking Katsu ????????

Not to be confused with series gazillion X-Factor winners Raksu (remember them?), Katsu or ‘cutlet’ is Japanese and refers to meat that’s been pounded thin before being cooked. But we’re not using meat oh no, no, no ???? we’re using super nutritious and tasty Tofu.

Tofu is a great source of protein and contains all nine essential amino acids. A valuable plant source of iron, calcium and the minerals manganese and phosphorous. In addition to this, it also contains magnesium, copper, zinc and vitamin B1. Basically good things our bodies need right now to help give pesky Corona a sharp karate kick up the backside. Think Bruce Lee for your insides! ????

TOP TIP – Use extra firm Tofu we have tried lots and our fav is @tofooco available in all of the main supermarkets
